It is a shame to see how blogs and YouTube videos, which discuss critical news about SAIC and the billion-dollar high-tech deals that give birth to insider dealing and mega corruption, can be labeled with adult warnings, but I've seen clips of John Waters' movies on YouTube with nudity and self-gratification scenes, but that's deemed perfectly funny by our admittedly raunchy online standards. But as soon as a blogger starts talking about RICO charges and triple damages and civil and criminal trials, then we focus our eyes and attention on boobs, and we find reasons to restrict access to information that no msm outlet is putting out there. I wonder what would happen if I shaved my chest and put on a pair of falsies under a bikini top ? Would you give me a free pass, like topless YouTube clips of Edith Massey ? Would I finally get some attention focused on my Kickstarter project ?

But then again, I'd probably get labeled as adult content by your same sick and twisted double standards, and I'd only succeed at getting warnings on my online content. Just because all men stare at Suzannah's boobs don't mean we should drape a digital full-body cloaks (aka adult warnings) on her YouTube videos -- against her will. Did I miss something, or isn't this exactly what you are doing to her work ? She's too sexy even in clothes, so let's drape her videos in adult warnings like a quasi "e-burka."

TMZ: Harvey Levin: Can NYPD PO Sue Julien Chabbott for Defamation of Character?
TMZ article essentially state Chabbat is calling the NYPD officer a liar and faked his foot injury.
Over 2 million YouTube views and than officer Trashed called a liar?
The NYPD officer had adreline flowing through his body, it is called fight or filght so it would take a bit of time to start limping. I believe he is honest and the person at fault is Julien Chabbott. TMZ did a poll and 70 percent of close to 50,000 votes side with the NYPD officer.
However Chabbott in theory could sue the hotel for misleading him in to believing that a loading and unloading zone is private parking although if Julien could read he should have none it is not private parking. The city does not offer private parking for luxury hotels.

The Arrogance of Henry Buhl Ace From Vesco Scandals to Illegal Planters on Prince St.

Wow is it nice to be rich and above the law in Soho and live in an artist loft an artist can't afford, break the laws and not be held accountable as you make Veteran Vendors and artists homeless, robbing them of their livelihood and yet Henry Buhl brags he helps the homeless....is that a tax deduction or something....?

It is also confusing to me and probably NYC school kids how and why rich white folk get the NYPD to ticket Veteran Vendors who served our country -- who notified the NYPD at Times Square about the times square bomb in the car....why they are ticketed over any anal little thing while the NYPD walk past chronic ally illegally parked cars in front of the Mercer Hotel where it says "loading and unloading" only. I get it.
They are rich folk above the law who dictated to the NYPD that they are above the law and accountability and Buhl has not received one violation from Dept of Transportation. For some reason DOT gave him a month's grace period? OWS wouldn't have had 2 minutes grace period.
