Took a taxi and pulled up to large crowds outside. Happily there was a stool free at the counter so I sailed in.

Scrambled tofu with vegan cheese, onions and potatoes so good I wish I could hit rewind eat again and slower.

Champs more cheerful my first experience in a crowded diner filled with vegans very cheerful lots of laughter and music from my teens. I am 53.

I had to keep it short and get back on my bicycle and bike home in 90 degree heat and with a lot of aches and pain but moving helps me with the pain so I am feeling better today.
Karen is looking so good and having friends over for Labor day.
We all know Karen from Loves Saves the Day and I interviewed her at her new place at the Tyra Banks Building in Alphabet City Lower East Side.
I am proud to tell you one one particular NYPD officer targeted Karen a Viet Nam era Vet who served as military police in Germany during the war I called up the 9 Precinct and promised to personally protest outside the precinct until Karen was left alone.
The 09 left her alone I am happy to say.
I broke the news that Love Saves the Day and Jeremiah stole it and took credit with the NY Times and I had to call the NY Times and tell them. They post my exclusive video of Karen breaking the news.
It isn't easy when you aren't part of the mainstream speaking up and that describes me. Karen has been my friend now for years.

25th Street and 7th Avenue -- he had fallen out of his chair -- bleeding from mouth -- these good souls helped get him back in his wheel chair but due to City of NY negligence which is all too common starting when mayor Bloomberg pushed a tsunami of community crushing development the street conditions and sidewalks in terrible shape.....
I asked the good Samaritans if anyone had called 911 -- I could see he was bleeding -- they said no so I called and later put one of the women you see below on the phone to give more details...
I was head to talk to someone about PTS re: being savagely assaulted my eye bloodied at Dr Andrew Fagelman's.
Thomas from The Chelsea Mercantile was so kind, strong helping the poor man to get back in his chair since he couldn't help himself and tall too so he could the injured man better than we could as he suddenly rolled away trying to get as far away from the place he got hurt.
There were several real kind good Samaritans and these three worked together to help...very touching.

These are the 3 good Samaritans that remained on the scene and I put the woman in the polka dress on the phone with EMS because she had more info. The victim has sped off and it is so sad because he had injuries needed care and also needs a lawyer to sue the City.
You can see how the City has plans to work on this but the City isn't aware handicap people in motorized wheel chairs could kill themselves because it isn't safe.....
