Ruben jr.  Diaz's sister  Damaris Diaz pleaded guilty to keying her boy-friends cop and he too is a cop and didn't she send him some text messages like I am going to destroy you.  Did she learn that talk from her daddy?  The Diaz family wants to run the bronx and use any excuse to manipulate the NYPD but she should be booted off the forced.  I am sure her daddy will give her a soft landing despite her criminal actions.

Well bad news for New Yorkers -- this out of control violent woman wants to continue to be a police officer.

3) NYPD Rape Cop Moreno in NY Post Whining he only should serve a month not a year but mean time the year is almost over and no jail at all so far.

  This is what's wrong with NYC how in God's name did these criminal rapist get such wrist slapping sentences? Anyone else in NYC would've gotten at least 2 years (of course only to serve 16 months to do it again) He's lucky he didn't do this to anyone in my family, I'd hunt them down and it would be the fastest sex change in history, snip-snip gone!

I did nothing to provoke being menaced and assaulted in Dr. Andrew Fagelman's office.

No one deserves to be assaulted but as a patient in a medical office but Det. Vergona decided it to make it go away so according to the  First Precinct despite the video which has over a thousand 500 views it never happened.

Talk about creative fixing.  I was violently assaulted and the First Precinct Det Squad made it go away. I called DI Ed Winski and reported the crime of Delita Hooks filing a false complaint and I haven't heard back from him yet he is written up as a hero of playmate for calling up a stalker who lives in another State and threatening him with arrest if he ever shows up in NYC but it is okay to assault me in an MD's office ten minutes from the first precinct.  I was wearing a protest sign demanding a Hospital in the West Village and I looked beautiful and happy that day.  I have before and after photos with after having defense marks on my left forearm and the beginning of a black eye.

Mr. Flores issued a FOIL request to NYPD following the use of physical force, which the police department has denied.

“Are police monitoring my blogs as a cyber extension of using physical force or intimidation ?” asked Mr. Flores. “The police are specifically regulated against monitoring the peaceful political activities of citizens under theHandschu Agreement. What are the NYPD doing with information they collect from my blog ? What is the purpose of their cybermonitoring ? The police denied my FOIL request, and yet they visit my blog to collect information about my blog postings. What is going on here ?”

Mr. Flores filed a complaint with the Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) over the use of physical force by the NYPD.

Thus far, the CCRB has not yet responded to Mr. Flores’s complaint, but Mr. Flores was contacted by NYPD CaptainJack Jaskaran, who does not work for CCRB.

“It is suspicious for the NYPD to have so much information about me, but yet they refuse to release any information to me about what they collect.  I have to question whether political motivations are guiding the actions by the NYPD.”

NYPD have a history of violating the Handschu Agreement.  And Mr. Flores has written on his blog questions about the role of Speaker Quinn in overseeing the NYPD.  Because Speaker Quinn is one of only a few city politicians, who can give orders to NYPD, what kind of oversight, approval, or objections has she made about any illegal monitoring acts by the police department ?
