He removed John Liu's Press Release from May 31, 2012 asking for a criminal investigation in to 911. Cy Vance said there is no need for one. Truth is yes there is and we need yet another new audit of 911 and for years before the first audits we needed a criminal investigation in to 911 and we still do. We also need an audit and investigation in to 311 spending and Board of Election, NYCAPS, NYCWiNS, FDNY Wireless, etc.

Cloud – (STL Today) – WASHINGTON – December 31, 2011 – After a U.S. airstrike mistakenly killed at least 15 Afghans in 2010, the Army officer investigating the accident was surprised to discover that an American civilian had played a central role: analyzing video feeds from a Predator drone keeping watch from above.
The contractor had overseen other analysts at Air Force Special Operations Command at Hurlburt Field in Florida as the drone tracked suspected insurgents near a small unit of U.S. soldiers in rugged hills in central Afghanistan. Based partly on her analysis, an Army captain ordered an airstrike on a convoy that turned out to be carrying innocent men, women and children.
“What company do you work for?” Maj. Gen. Timothy McHale demanded of the contractor after he learned that she was not in the military, according to a transcript obtained under the Freedom of Information Act.
“SAIC,” she answered. Her employer, SAIC Inc., is a publicly traded Virginia-based corporation with a multiyear $49 million contract to help the Air Force analyze drone video and other intelligence from Afghanistan.

I WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT DR. FAGELMAN'S BAD REIVEWS AS DESCRIBED BY JUST A FEW ON YELP AS WELL AS OTHER SITES AND HIS STAFF ALSO GETS BAD REVIEWS BUT I WENT TO GET MEDICAL CARE FROM DR. VINE AND I WAS VIOLENTLY ASSAULTED BY DELITA HOOKS. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW THE NYPD SAY THE LIE CRIME IS DOWN THAN WATCH THE VIDEO OF DELITA HOOKS ASSAULTING ME. I WAS MENACED BY HER -- BIZARRE ROAD RAGE AND SHE REALLY HAD TO GO OUT OF HER WAY TO GET OUT FROM BEHIND THAT LONG COUNTER THAT IS CLOSED OFF BY THE EXIT AREA TO STALK ME BUT FIRST SHE YELLED AT ME BERATING ME FOR NO GOOD REASON.

THERE IS NOTHING A PATIENT ANY PATIENT COULD DO TO EVOKE SHOULD RAGE AND VIOLENCE AND A MEDICAL OFFICE IS SUPPOSE TO BE A SAFE PLACE.
MY HEALTH INSURANCE HIP EMBLEM PAID $450 FOR MY CARE AND I LEFT BLEEDING EYE, HAIR PULLED OUT OF MY HAIR, NECK IN BAD SHAPE, WORSE THAN IT WAS, AN EARRING MISSING, MY PHONE CASE DAMAGED AND THAN TO FIND OUT SHE LIED ABOUT ME AND THE WOMEN IN THE VIDEO BACK HER UP WHEN THE VIDEO SAYS IT ALL.

THIS SHOULD NEVER EVER HAVE HAPPENED AND THANKS TO DR FAGELMAN AND THE CORRUPT NYPD INVOLVED SHE IS STILL THERE! U CAN'T DO THAT AT STARBUCKS AND KEEP YOUR JOB LET ALONE NOT GET ARRESTED.

I went to get a cyst removed and biopsies and I left with bleeding in my eye, around my eye, a hole in my retina, damage to my neck which was in bad shape as an MRI proves that I had scheduled for the day before. People on behalf of Dr. Fagelman have come to my YouTube to harass me with sock puppet accounts -- they won't use their real names and they don't care I was violently assaulted but what do you expect from people that have seen the video and still protect the violence and the lies including by the women -- also medical staff that yelled "No Dee don't do it!"

My MD and her partner vacated the premises.

The corrupt NYPD are involved and I have reported them to 2 NYC agencies and I am taking steps to report them and IA if IA covers-up for the NYPD involved to Federal agencies.

I don't appreciate being violently assaulted and lied about. Delita Hooks found her perfect human pinata and I never even put down my bags -- one was very heavy or my iPhone.

Note she hangs on the door which she easily could have closed -- she says I am going to slap the crap out of you. She says get out but I was out. I was backing away from her so instead of closing the door she uses it for leverage to hit me and my iPhone because I wanted to document her abusive and threatening behavior. Not professional but worse flat out violent and you wonder why violent people get away with violence. Ask the NYPD Det Squad at the first Precinct.

The best negative reviews are on Yelp but maybe Fagelman's staff so discourteous and behind in there work because they are covering up for Delita Hooks assaulting another MD's patient?

I went to get a cyst removed from my arm by Dr Vine and I got assaulted by Dr Fagelman's receptionist office manager.

Ian's comment a must read on Yelp. There are plenty of negative reviews on Dr Fagelman's discourteous staff. My experience was worse and based on Delita Hooks violently assaulting me and than breaking another law -- walking in to the first precinct filing a false complaint so she lied and the corrupt Det said the women in the video yelling no Dee don't do it backed her up. So they are worse than discourteous. Fagelman did not fire her or even contact me to apologize. I just had a hole in my eye in my retina repaired and we believe it is from Delita Hooks running at me punching me in the eye. Watch the video!!!

Not sure where the positive reviews come from; I must have come on an off day because this guy was a total bust.

He didn't see me until an hour after my scheduled appointment and gave me 3 minutes of his time. I told the nurse my whole health history, explained all of my symptoms, what kinds of treatment I had had so far, etc. He came in, didn't explain anything, didn't address any of my concerns, acted like I was making symptoms up, and told me to go see an ENT and prescribed an antibiotic, like the other negative reviewer here. If insurance hadn't covered most of my visit I'd have asked for my money back.

Another review says he made time for an extra appointment on a fully-booked Sunday. Not sure if he just has this doc mixed up with another one, but he doesn't even make appointments on Sunday.

He’s out of appeals — but he’s still trying to stay out of Rikers.

The state’s highest court has declined to hear the appeal of Kenneth Moreno, the disgraced East Village ex-cop tried in last year’s notorious “Rape Cops” case — meaning both he and his former partner are now due to turn themselves in and head to Rikers tomorrow to start serving their official-misconduct sentences.

But Moreno is planning a last-ditch stay-out-of-jail effort by going to federal court, said his lawyer, Stephen Preziosi, adding, “It’s not over.’’

Both Moreno and his ex-partner, Franklin Mata, were acquitted in May 2011 of raping a drunken young fashion executive whom they had been dispatched to help into her East 13th Street apartment.

Mata, who prosecutors said played a more minor role of lookout, has been sentenced 60 days; Moreno to a year.

This is what's wrong with NYC how in God's name did these criminal rapist get such wrist slapping sentences? Anyone else in NYC would've gotten at least 2 years (of course only to serve 16 months to do it again) He's lucky he didn't do this to anyone in my family, I'd hunt them down and it would be the fastest sex change in history, snip-snip gone!
