Interesting the timing of the Ricin and blood letters to Bloomberg and yet investigators have made no arrests......

The Ricin Letter Story could not have come at a better time for Bloomberg who's legacy is in the dumpster and instead of being exposed for his direct role in aiding and abetting even more and bigger corruption than CityTime a flawed payroll system Rudy gave us throwing out AutoTime run and created by City Workers for CityTime destined for the dumpster....well 911 Tech corruption was dubbed CityTime 2 by John Liu who called for a criminal investigation....

After one year Cy Vance has done nothing and Preet Bharara has not come in because like CityTime Preet Bharara has no interest in going back in time to the beginning where in my opinion arrogant corrupt contractors where stealing and over billing from the get go....

Contractors deny stealing/over billing on 911 but in my opinion they are lying.

Please help push over 12,000 to continue to shame the NYPD, in my opinion an evil medical MD Dr. Andrew Fagelman and the Jodi Arias of medical reception desks Delita Hooks who the NYPD aided and abetted in violence, lies and getting away with everything but murder.

So far Internal Affairs has done nothing to arrest Delita Hooks for assault, battery and false cross complaint.

Question:  Are NYC Unions recommending Dr. Fagelman as an internist?  I just question this trying to figure out why the NYPD and even Internal Affairs may have motive to protect Dr. Fagelman.
I wonder if Dr. Fagelman has special friends in the NYPD or even Internal Affairs because IA has offices at one police plaza and hudson street close to Dr. Fagelman and Dr. F lives and works within the First Precinct so 8 months of waiting for Justice I have to wonder does Dr. Fagelman pedal drugs to the NYPD?  Any fixing or favors?   I am sure Dr. Fagelman would say not so because it is a serious crime but I have to wonder since it is 8 months no arrest and Delita Hooks clearly assaulted me first threatening me with bodily harm and she damaged my eye including a hole in my retina which had to be laser repaired and now I have permanent damage scar tissue, neck damage, I had cervical problems before the assault and had an MRI scheduled for the day after the assault but there is no doubt Delita Hooks repeatedly savage attacks damaged my neck more and Delita Hooks lied about me filing a false cross complaint so why would the NYPD go so far out of their way to protect her so I have to wonder and ask these questions.

If and when
Delita Hooks  is arrested because she has no prior arrest record and I wonder about that because based on her attack she in my opinion has violently attacked people she thought she could attack and bully, harm etc but either the records are sealed or the victims never came forward is my guess.

The DA has a bad reputation and the Michael Premo trial proved the DA is in bed with NYPD corruption and went the full distance in the false prosecution of Michael Premo who was innocent and falsely arrested by corrupt cops as the NYPD's own TARU video proves and how ironic my video proves I was violently assaulted and Det. John Vergona would not go to the DA with the video but yelled at me you are going to drop the charges.  Vergona knew I had a collapsed bladder from tumors as well as serious injuries including to my neck which was in a brace and he demanded I wait 4 days for a false arrest so he could inflict more suffering to not bending to his corrupt will to drop charges and I repeatedly agreed to drop charges but by Friday I was having even more vision problems and my health was far more declined so I did drop charges against my will because of the state of my health and Det. John Vergona used a false cross complaint another serious crime used by the violent liar Delita Hooks and note Dr. Fagelman did not fire her even after Dr. Vine demanded he fire Delita Hooks and in my opinion Dr. Fagelman's refusal to fire Delita Hooks does make him suspect because having a ticking time bomb and violent woman at the front desk is more than a liability and he is clearly a risk taker.


Det John Vergona taught me via the phone because he was too amoral and cowardly to meet me in person is my opinion so corrupt he refused to meet me in person to see the damage to my eye and defensive wounds to my arm.

We welcome you to our next meeting is this Sunday, 4:30-6:00 at 10 Clinton Street, Brooklyn Heights.

On Monday, June 3, from 10:00-11:30, are the City Council Budget Hearingsfor the Committee on Cultural Affairs and Libraries.  Libraries are first on the agenda.  Come to the Steps of City Hall between 9:15-10:00 AM on Monday and join us in giving flyers and letters to the City Council members as they walk into the building.  We spoke at the last hearings but may not be given the opportunity this time.  Michael White and others will be on the steps of City Hall with copies for you.

The following letter adapted from a written by Greg Homatas is a good letter that addresses the issue of library sell offs and the BPL refusal to fix the AC at the Brooklyn Heights Library.  I recommend you read, personalize it if you want, sign and email it to the City Council members before Monday’s City Council budget hearings.  The following are members of the committee on libraries:

The New York Public Library leadership, NYPL, is considering selling off or closing parts of the public library systems in the five boroughs of New York City at a time when library usage is up 40%.  The hit list includes some of the most well used and historic libraries including the Mid Manhattan (the most well used library in the country), SIBL at 34th Street and Madison, Pacific Library and Brooklyn Heights Libraries. We ask that you halt the sale of any public libraries and require that funding be restored to the levels prior to the defunding which started at the beginning of Mayor Bloomberg’s third term in 2008.

I would like to urge you to add an agenda item in the City Council consisting of a Capital Budget request to fix or replace the air conditioning system in the Brooklyn Heights branch of the Brooklyn Public Library at Cadman Plaza. There will be curtailed hours of service this summer due to the lack of AC causing hardships on those patrons that need these services the most during our hottest season. I think it is ludicrous that they are considering the sale of the library which is a beautiful art deco structure to a developer to erect a luxury high rise because they don’t have the money to fix or replace the air conditioning system.

Mayor Bloomberg only talks gun violence but I was a victim of a crazy verbal assault by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks who came out from behind a long receptionist desk and menaced me.  She got between me and the door and violently gave me the finger and provoked me to start filming because this violent abuser clueless even today that she did something very wrong....

Who gives a medical patient the finger getting between the patient and the door and walks away so pleased?  Dr. Andrew Fagelman's special receptionist and it felt like a 100 percent hate.

Delita Hooks joyously ran at me first throwing her shoes at me violently running and punching me as hard as she could in the eye.  Internal Affairs IAB capt. Wright did something brutally similar but to his gal pal a Sgt in Domestic Abuse but I was not Delita Hooks lover but a patient that was holding my bags and iphone with my left arm numb from 2 injections.  I got hate, a verbal attack, lies and violence so severe I could have lost my vision without surgery and now there is scar tissue in my eye.  Det John Vergona also gave me a taste of NYPD bias and hate.

Det John Vergona of the First Precinct also a hateful creep said to me "I don't care if you have 2 black eyes."

Well I outed John Vergona for what he is so he would not dare say that to the victims of this hate crime.  

Vergona won't be abusing victims of violent assaults anytime soon because I reported him to Internal Affairs along with all the NYPD involved in fixing Delita Hooks violent assault of me that left me blind without eye surgery and damage to my cervical spine but no arrest.

The NYPD won't dare try this with the LGBT hate crimes that happened on Houston Street.

ps So many people think mayor Bloomberg is gay by the way.....

Guess who I have a theory about being gay and may even have a gay NYPD sex partner fixing for him?

Beyond me is the illegal NY Law Dorm that broke thru zoning and because of special relations with NYC Gov  was not forced to remove the illegal top part of the building. 

Mike Bloomberg forced out the head of DOITT,  a woman and arranged a soft landing with NY Law!

He had brought her in  because of all the sex related law suits.   

DOITT heads changed more than Henry the 8 changed wives.

Everyone is against the bike racks and Bloomberg has them placed by  illegal

zone busting mega dorms, banks like Credit Suisse  and neighborhoods he continues to have over-run with temporary visitors like tourists and college kids.

The Hell's Angels make CitiBank and Goldman look like saints along with Economakis family down the street who evicted long term residents for their $1 mansion or some creative slimy move that was as wrong as these bike racks. 

Mayor and NYPD dream of catching The Hell's Angels in a crime that would allow them to seize the building and give it to John Sexton the Jon Corzine of NYU.  NYU mega formed the east village to death along with cooper union's illegal real estate dealings.  

It is about higher greed, not higher Ed, ask the presidents of NYU and Cooper Union, mayor Bloomberg, Amanda the People's Burden the worst City Planner commissioner ever, and bank chairs....
