Truth is yes there is and we need yet another new audit of 911 and for years before the first audits we needed a criminal investigation in to 911 and we still do. I know you are a good guy.  2 critics of the NYPD that suffered brutality and lies first hand told me but one look into my case and dare to speak up and demand the NYPD IAB involved be punished and my attacker be arrested.  

I think you will collect a lot of money and the only change is Bratton will be fired soon even if he has (my guess) the goods on the de Blasio family and a three year lease rental apt.

This liar Ollie C. posted this 4 hours after I finally got my Yelp review up after it was falsely flagged and it appears Dr Fagelman and gang got my yelp account closed so my lawyer wrote Yelp and I wrote the CEO so now 12 hours after my updated review is up it has been moved to the non recommended and there are more positive reviews protecting this evil creep Dr Andrew Fagelman and his violent lying receptionist office manager who reminds me of Brittany Norwood but Delita Hooks didn't succeed in murdering me but she continues to lie to anyone stupid or amoral enough to listen to her and it all goes back to Dr Andrew Fagelman who took a Hippocratic Oath and continues to violate his oath, my patient rights and me along with his violent liar Delita Hooks.

Dr Andrew Fagelman Delita Hooks Behind Harassing Censoring Deleting Yelp Review My Patient Rights My Body Repeatedly Violated!

My Yelp Review of Dr Andrew Fagelman and his Violent Lying Receptionist Office Manger Delita Hooks is now up after being flagged and my account closed despite the fact I am the victim and I am telling the truth so today despite being really sick I am so happy but cautiously happy.

Right now the Justice System more than failed me the NYPD, Internal Affairs and the Manhattan DA are in my opinion accomplices to the crimes of assault 2nd degree, menacing, false cross complaint, threats, witness tampering and the NYPD's crime of coercion.

I DEPEND ON YOUTUBE AKA YOUTUBELAND AND YELP KEY TOOLS FOR A VICTIM OF  VIOLENCE AT A DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND THAN POLICE ABUSE.


Note:  I fed exed the CEO of Yelp a passionate plea to not support VIOLENCE TOWARDS WOMEN in my case by a woman, Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent lying receptionist.

My lawyer than followed up with a letter to Yelp's legal department.   I got so sick and in part I believe it had to do with the yet another trauma thanks to a corrupt Manhattan DA Dr Fagelman and pals I alleged went out of their way yet again to CENSOR and SILENCE me the victim.

I don't feel safe as I allege I am still a victim of on going aggravated harassment including I allege the removal of my yelp review which was up for almost 2 years along with the YouTube being age restricted with the goal I allege to remove Delita Hooks image from the search engines just like the NYPD corrupt detectives rushed to seal her false cross complaint.   I just learned of Jayna Murray, a Lululemon Manager by a violent liar who reminds me of Delita Hooks who also either self inflicted a bruise to support her false cross complaint or blamed me for a bruise her co-worker inflicted when she accidentally kicked her co-worker instead of my vagina area where eventually her barefoot made contact although she didn't hurt me there because I was pulling away.  Delita Hooks attacked me after I told her not to touch me and she touched a running punch to my eye, my vaginal area with her barefoot, and ripped out my hair.

I don't feel safe this will be up -- I don't feel safe the NYPD IAB DA are now in my opinion accomplices to a crime.


It should be noted that Yelp has guidelines prefer you don't name someone but Yelp guidelines also allow for extenuating circumstances which I wrote the CEO I clearly fall under since she repeatedly violated my patient rights and my body.

This review was removed yet again so my lawyer wrote Yelp and today Oct 24 the review has been returned but not my original acct. I allege on going harassment the goal to silence me the victim since my patient rights and my body were REPEATEDLY violated!  You can read yelp reviews like Harold's blaming me as if I could say anything to make a medical receptionist office mgr come out from behind a long closed off  desk to violate my patient rights and than my body; not fired or arrested.  I had just had a cyst removed on my elbow 2 injections to numb my arm and I was holding two bags one  heavy and my iPhone. If she didn't want to be filmed than close the door but instead she threatened me with bodily harm, hit  me with her phone  twice, she pursued me out in to the hallway throwing her shoes landing a running punch to my eye. (See YouTube) after a running punch to my eye she tried to drag me down the hall by my hair to throw me in the elevator.  She provoked me to get help as soon as she violated my patient rights from behind the desk but Dr Vine was already in with another patient.  Dr Fagelman's receptionist Dee got between me and the door and gave me the finger and that's when I decided to document this unprofessional provoking behavior.

Because this is so shocking and I am the victim of lies  there are links and Yelp guidelines do allow for extentuating circumstances such a this.

I hope to sue Dr Fagelman next year including damage to my eyes, my neck, arm, insomnia, PTS weight gain, also the removal of my yelp view and the closing of my account as well as other actions I allege aggravated harassment & more.  I am still trying to get her arrested for the false cross complaint: I have 3 more years to do so.  A lot may happen than to clear out the who and whats that have preventing me Justice.  If I move forward with the lawsuit which is my goal I will have Dr F questioned about the removal of the yelp review and this one if it is falsely flagged.  When I told her don't touch me she ended up touching me her barefoot pressed against my groin area, ripped out my hair and a running punch to my eye.  Dr Vine demanded she be fired immediately but Dr F let Delite return to her desk and refused to fire her.

Dr F's  receptionist office mgr after repeatedly violating my patient rights, damaged my eye making a hole in my retina and than grabbing my hair she jerked my head back so violently she made floaters in both my eyes.  The key on her wrist left wounds on my left arm.  She was not fired or arrested.  Patients came to YouTube to harass me blame me when in fact I am the victim harassing me as well as guess how falsely flagging this yelp review for telling the truth!
At the same time my Yelp acct was closed I allege Dr F, my attacker or I allege someone associated with them got the YouTube age restricted w/ the goal to limit viewing & change how the video is seen in searches but Google sided with me and agreed not to censor me.   YouTubes and yelp review were also removed but Google returned vids agreeing I was the victim of harassment not the harasser.

I was Dr Vine's patient and Delita,  Dr Fagelman's receptionist repeatedly violated my patient rights even coming out from behind the desk to menace me.  I had a private investigator speak to Dr F and he stated I wasn't his patient. Does that make it ok for his receptionist to violate my patient rights and body?  No!

Dr Vine moved out 2 weeks after I was savagely attacked.

Delita Hooks came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to continue filing my patient rights and then my body which could've easily close the door there's no way this was a first time for her. Was it a first time for the NYPD fixing for her?  The NYPD sealed her false cross-complaint and the letter threatening me along with the NYPD's crime of coercion and her attack second-degree assault and menacing.   Did DA told me they would arrest her but not for the false cross-complaint but it never happened.  DA said they could not use NYPD officers to rest her but she would be arrested by the DA investigator non-NYPD but again it never happened.  

I feel far worse today tonight can't get to sleep.   I have I guess a really bad cold from all the stress and upset my attacker and employee or flagging my yelp review and I believe they're behind trying to Ade restrict the video of the attack for the second time in two years to affect how it seen or not seen the search engines Annonce the DAs fault as much as the NYPD internal fairs and I'm still being harassed so my name systems knocked out and I found this book and iTunes that was shocking like my case except I am alive and the detectives not from New York City were honest and did their job of course they did because it was such a gruesome bloody murder in an upscale neighborhood.  

Delita Hooks Is a Violent Liar Who Signed a letter to her NYPD Fixers Threatened me and Handed in False Medical Report stating I left a bruise on her left thigh which never happen.  

Right now she and employer Dr Fagelman I allege are behind having the yelp review (on going aggravated harassment trying yet again to silence the victim) that I wrote removed which is another form of censorship and harassment and Yelp  guidelines even allow for unusual circumstances like mine so a lawyer is going to be contacting Yelp shortly. 




It's unbelievable the parallels the violent lies and I told the police internal affairs if there's any wound on her body it's self-inflicted or maybe the heavyset woman in the medical PJs stepped on her when she kicked her by accident stead of me but my tack or lied over and over and even the women in the video lied and this is at a doctors office.  

It's amazing to me the NYPD an internal affairs all saw the letter for threatening me yet again warning me not to come forward she signed it and it was winter NYPD fixers internal affairs fixed that too but foolishly and stupidly a corrupt internal affairs Lieut. Mary O'Donnell read me Delita Hooks threat not realizing she just read me yet another crime.

This murder is so gruesome and the final lies by the murder or even saying that she was a victim to have a large man who raped her.    She went to college here in New York and there were rumors that she was stealing from other people and to watch her.   I believe my Tacker also has a history and there may be other sealed complaints against her her dirty NYPD officers rush to steal her false cross complaint in this case I don't think that's a coincidence or first based on her verbal threat throwing her shoes running late for my left die for direct punch is fast as hard as she could it was not a first time.  


Cy Vance a dirty DA and 3 ADAs part of what was done so it's horrific and I'm filing ethical complaints soon.

‘You’re one hell of a liar, ma’am,” declared Judge Robert Greenberg during the sentencing hearing for Brittany Norwood, convicted of the shocking first-degree murder of her co-worker Jayna Murray at Bethesda’s Lululemon Athletica store in March 2011. The judge’s remark captured only a small measure of the outrage and incredulity sparked by this horrific crime, the reporting of which had by this time overrun the Beltway and captured the attention of the nation. 
The drama began with an after-hours confrontation between Norwood and Murray, two sales clerks at the luxury yoga store, apparently triggered by Norwood’s attempt to steal a pair of yoga pants. The clash somehow escalated into a mind-numbing frenzy of violence during which Norwood bludgeoned, choked and stabbed her co-worker to death, using at least five different weapons and inflicting 331 separate wounds.
