The gossip is Jay-Z was and is a player.    This was a known fact.  They released a phony statement.  There was no real to punch and kick Jay-Z -- he was doing what he always did/ does and Solange has a history of drugs and violence like Jay-Z?  Oh Jay-Z dealt drugs but he doesn't imbibe.  

Solange needs help because that kind if violence is inappropriate.

Delita Hooks is in my opinion is mentally sick, of violent liar and should never have been hired yet she wasn't fired and New York Police Department at the doctors office of special favor not arresting her since Dr Fagelman did not fire her. 

She interned lawyer and all involved in the lies a Dr. Jekyll's and Mr. Hyde's. 

The doctors office is supposed to be a safe place you don't have an excuse or reason ever to attack a patient punch kick in without their hair.

The New York Police Department doesn't have the proper psychological test to weed out violence sick amoral cops and apparently I got my share of them as well.
