Hope to Sue Dr Andrew Fagelman Next Year for Everything Including Savage Violence Damage to my Retina by his Staff member Alleged Harassment and Getting my Yelp Review Removed and MY Account Closed
Besides the medical reports I have proof of damage to my eyes and the attack harmed my neck which was severely arthritic -- the injures include to my arm, eyes, neck, PTS, insomnia and weight gain but also I want to ask him under oath is he responsible or involved in any way with aggravated harassment, witness tampering, ask the NYPD for help or someone connected to the NYPD as well as is he and his staff responsible for flagging removal of YouTubes and Yelp reviews.
Google agreed I was the one harassed and returned my YouTubes.

Note: I hope to sue Dr Fagelman next year including the damage to my eyes, my neck, arm, insomnia, PTS weight gain, also the removal of my yelp view and the closing of my account as well as other actions I allege are possible aggravated harassment and alleged witness tampering. I am still trying to get her arrested for the false cross complaint and I have 3 more years to do so. A lot may happen than to clear out the who and whats that have preventing me Justice. If I move forward with the lawsuit which is my goal I will have Dr F questioned about the removal of the yelp review and this one if it is falsely flagged.
Delita Hooks after repeatedly violating my patient rights damaged my eye making a hole in my retina and than grabbing my hair she jerked my head back so violently she made floaters in both my eyes. The key on her wrist left wounds on my left arm. She was not fired or arrested. Patients came to YouTube to harass me when in fact I am the victim and the goal is to try and continue to violate me including by falsely flag gin this yelp review for telling the truth!
The YouTube is now age restricted for violence so you have to have a gmail account to see it and be over 17 years old. Also my yelp review was removed so I can't help but wonder if someone associated with the doctor's office is doing their best to censor the truth.
I was Dr Vine's patient and Delita Hooks Dr Fagelman's receptionist repeatedly violated my patient rights even coming out from behind the desk to menace me.
It appears his staff are flagging my Yelp review to censor and silence me. Dr Vine moved out 2 weeks after I was savagely attacked.
You can read Det John Vergona's police report where he lied blatantly just like Delita Hooks. She clearly attacked me when she could have closed the door and I backed away.

I paid 15 dollars to obtain Delita Hooks lies to the NYPD and I was told my internal affairs she signed a letter to her NYPD fixers who visited Dr Fagelman's office but refused to meet with me. Read her lies at the bottom of the page.
