People died Bloomberg's Blizzard 2010 and even more Hurricane Sandy when 911 and 311 -- two Bloomberg Tax Payers Titanics like CityTime corruption but worse because no criminal prosecution and all tech contracts with mega millions in over-rides or billion deserve criminal prosecution.
Military contractors and Fortune 500 companies including names u recognize HP no experience in 911, IBM, Verizon all over billed us in my opinion as did Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, SAIC and given NASA recent scandals in my opinion pure corruption handing them mega bucks on 911.
