Scott Stringer is not qualified to be NYC gov comptroller but thanks to back room deals and fixing and favors he got the job. He removed John Liu's Press Release from May 31, 2012 asking for a criminal investigation in to 911. Cy Vance said there is no need for one. Truth is yes there is and we need yet another new audit of 911 and for years before the first audits we needed a criminal investigation in to 911 and we still do. We also need an audit and investigation in to 311 spending and Board of Election, NYCAPS, NYCWiNS, FDNY Wireless, etc.

WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL EMPLOYEES TRIES TO BEAT A PATIENT FIRST YELLING I WILL SLAP THE CRAP OUT OF YOUR ASS.  NOT FIRED OR ARRESTED.  THAN THE NYPD ALIGN WITH THE CRIMINAL JOINING IN COMMITING A CRIME OF COERCION USING YET ANOTHER CRIME DELITA HOOKS FALSE CROSS COMPLAINT.  I HAD A HOLE IN MY RETINA AND CERVICAL DAMAGE FROM THE ATTACK.

Where my patient rights and my privacy violated yet again.  Dr Andrew Fagelman's employee repeatedly
violated my patient rights and my body and than lied to the NYPD who fixed it for the doctor's office rather than arrest her for assault and false cross complaint.

I tried upgrading the assault charges but the corrupt NYPD Det Squad I am suing won't allow me to upgrade the her assault charges so I am waiting for a new police commissioner and a new head of Internal Affairs in 2014.

Here is the false cross complaint. I filled out the form and made the request to get the info because all the corrupt NYPD kept her allegations from me and refused to meet with me but she got "special treatment" for some reason.
