If someone other than Christine Quinn or Scott Stringer ran against Deblasio right now they would win.

New Yorkers and people around the world do not perceive Eric Garner as resisting arrest but that he was harassed and put up his hands and frustration that he was peaceful that his hands never made fists even when he was being jumped on by two officers are more he never even crosses hands in a fist.
